AA meets on Tuesdays The Tuesday 6-7pm meeting is a Big Book/Step meeting and is open to alcoholics and families of alcoholics.

Living Strong strength and balance classes at the church meet on Monday & Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm, Tuesday through Friday mornings from 10-11am. Check facebook page for updates and cancellations.

Fall Prevention Tai Chi – New Beginner Class starting Wednesday, September 21st.

These classes are sponsored by Guilford Cares and taught by Leah Gessner, Certified by Tai Chi Vermont, Inc. Donations welcome. Classes are on Wednesdays at 9:30- 10:15 & 10:30-11:15 This class will introduce and practice the most basic movements of introductory forms taught by Dr. Paul Lam and are recommended by the Arthritis Foundation.The pace is smooth, slow and can be done while seated if necessary.
