Dunham Rowley, long-time member of the church and former lay leader, will lead worship at 10 AM at Guilford Community Church, United Church of Christ. He will offer a sermon entitled “Who is Paul and who is Apollos?” His Children’s message will feature images of early Greek churches. Cathy Hess will read Scripture taken from the book of Sirach in the Orthodox Bible and also from Paul’s first letter to the Corinthians. 
 
Guest choir director, Stefan Amidon will lead the choir singing two anthems: “Welcome Holy Spirit” by Marc Condon as well as a Guilford favorite by Nolan Williams, “Alleluia, Amen” brought to us by Kathy Bullock. Anyone interested in singing in the choir should arrive at 8:55 for the rehearsal at 9:00 AM. The church welcomes back guest pianist, Franz Robert, who will accompany the anthems as well as the hymns, “Earth and All Stars,” “This Little Light of Mine,” and “Faith of Our Fathers.” 
 
The Reverend Lise Sparrow will return to the pulpit on February 23.
